10" Pulley Base

The 10” Pulley Base Assembly allows stable, vertical pulling with the hydraulic rams. The cable is redirected from the horizontal pipe, up through the puller, and out of the job site hole. The Pulley Base ensures that the cable always maintains its alignment with the cable grippers of the ram, an important part of a successful pipe bursting job. The Pulley Wheel itself is dished out for reduced weight, and there is a Grease Fitting (TT-HFIT-ZERK) on the shaft to reapply lubrication. The 10” Pulley Wheel allows for a maximum pulling force of around 23 tons with a 5/8″ cable, and 30 tons with a 3/4″ cable. The Resistance Plate Nut (TT-FSNR-GAN) and Bolt (TT-FSNR-GA1750H) are both included with the Pulley Base Assembly.
