The Resistance Plate Nut is a nut that is used to fasten a 10” or 12” Pulley Base to a 20” or 24” resistance plate with the Resistance Plate Bolt (TT-FSNR-GA1750H – Sold separately). It requires a 3/8” hex key on the bolt, and a 15/16” wrench on the nut.
