6" Quick Lock Expanding Grips

The 6” Quick-Lock Jaws are a set of parts that internally grip the 6” replacement pipe so that it can be pulled by the Head Assembly without the use of a PE Cap (TT-HEAD-6PEC) or any fusion equipment. The Pulling Core screws into a conical Expander (TT-QLHA-6EXP) which spreads out the set of Jaws, causing them to bite and grip into the replacement pipe, compressing its edge against the inside of the 6” Bursting Head Shell (TT-HEAD-6SHELL) so that it can be pulled behind the assembly. The set of 4 Jaw quadrants are held together with 3 large O-rings–they are included with the set of Jaws, but replacement O-rings can be purchased under their own part number (TT-QLHA-6RING).
