18" Pulley Base

The 18” Welded Steel Pulley Base Assembly allows stable, vertical pulling with the hydraulic rams. The Pulley Base redirects the cable from the pipe path, up through the puller, and out of the pulling pit. The Pulley Base ensures that the cable always maintains its alignment with the cable grippers of the ram, which is critical to safe and efficient operation of any TRIC pulling assembly. There is a Grease Fitting (TT-HFIT-ZERK) on the shaft to reapply lubrication. The Pulley Base is designed for use with the 36” Resistance Plate (TT-PB00-RP36)–the Resistance Plate Nut (TT-FSNR-KLN) and Bolt (TT-FSNR-KL4000X) are both included with the Pulley Base Assembly.
