TRIC Tools Inc. Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing TRIC Tools Inc., a trusted supplier for the Pipe-Bursting industry.
Unwanted products must be returned to TRIC Tools Inc. within 30 days of purchase. Products must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition in which they were received. In cases of damaged products, please call to report a damaged product upon receipt of the product.
TRIC Tools Inc. requires an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) for all returns. Please call us at (888) 88-8742 (ext.1) to obtain an RMA. A restocking fee of 20% will be applied to all returns. The customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. TRIC Tools Inc. can provide a return shipping label for the item to be returned in its original packaging, and the shipping cost will be deducted from the refunded amount.
After your return is received by TRIC Tools Inc., it will be inspected, and a refund will be processed within 72 hours. All returns will be issued by check to the customer name on the order.
